A rapidly growing research organization wanted to find a way to give each of twenty-one managers a 360-assessment incorporating self-evaluation, feedback from managers, colleagues and employees, ratings and written reports and they wanted to do this within a 3-month timeframe. Virtually everyone in the firm would participate to provide and/or receive feedback.
A large municipal department experiencing low morale and multiple conflicts within and among teams asked for assistance in defining a leadership course of action. This included designing and implementing a learning program to resolve existing conflicts for all managers, supervisors and staff as well as prepare teams for the future.
